Semcon’s most important assets are its employees and their expertise. We therefore do everything we can to make it easier for our employees to further educate themselves to achieve set goals. We do this through our international venture Semcon University.
Semcon University is a meeting place for all internal training. The aim is to give our employees the opportunity of receiving the right skills development. Training takes place in the form of teacher-led classes, coaching and self-study. Many of our courses are held by our skilled employees, but we also work closely with many training course providers.

The focus is naturally on giving our technicians the right conditions through further training in tools like CATIA and the latest discoveries in the respective areas of engineering. It’s just as important that we identify the demand for expertise like communication, project management and business skills.
 
Management and sales representatives are also given the opportunity to regularly meet and along with the best international coaches, develop their own and thereby Semcon’s ability to manage and develop their part of the business as well as the company’s. The courses currently on offer are the Semcon Leadership Programme and the Next Gen Programme.
